BEMÆRK: Ansøgningsfristen er overskredet

Are you looking to dive into the world of CO2 capture, utilization (PtX) and storage? Then seize this opportunity to do a PhD at DTU in an ambitious and rapidly growing research environment.

Conventional CO2 capture technologies are very energy intensive, requiring large amounts of green energy to contribute to a net-zero scenario. New, more energy efficient candidate technologies such as electrochemical cell assisted CO2 capture and enzyme assisted carbon capture show great potential to reduce the energy consumption. We are working on the cutting edge with these topics at DTU Chemical Engineering (AT-CERE), and we need clever and capable PhD students to accelerate this development further.

We have several projects in need of PhD students, and depending on the candidate and the specific fit, the position could be either based at a Danish industrial partner company as an industrial PhD, or as regular PhD’s based at DTU.

The PhD positions all require extended experimental campaigns (+1 months) away from the office, either in Denmark or in other countries at academic and industrial partners.

  • Working in the field on experimental CO2 capture, utilization and storage plants
  • Doing experiments in the lab
